About Us

The AZTLOA was formed out of the nearly 2000 men and women from Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Public Health, Emergency Management,  Intelligence Analysts, Tribal Members and Military Personnel who have attended, at a minimum, the 40 hour AZ Basic Terrorism Liaison Officer School, held several times a year and hosted by the ACTIC and the Statewide TLO Program.

 The AZTLOA holds an annual conference where the latest and best practices, methods, and techniques for securing our homeland are learned and discussed. 

The Arizona Terrorism Liaison Officer Association is a public safety, cross-discipline organization with the goal of helping the Arizona TLOs achieve their mission of protecting Arizona.
